Titanium

Titanium anode is a new type of functional electrode made of titanium metal as the substrate and coated with precious metal oxide active coating on the surface. It has high catalytic activity and stability, and is widely used in the electrolysis industry.
Product details:

1、 Infrastructure and Definition

1. Dual material architecture

Titanium substrate: made of industrial pure titanium in the form of wire, rod, tube, plate, mesh, etc., providing mechanical support and conductive foundation;

Active coating:

Chlorination type: ruthenium based coating;

Oxygen evolving type: iridium based and platinum based coatings.

2. Core functional principle: Reduce the overpotential of chlorine/oxygen evolution reaction through coating catalysis, improve electrolysis efficiency and reduce energy consumption.

2、 Core application areas

1. Precision electronic manufacturing

PCB electroplating: Provide uniform current distribution in DC/pulse electroplating to avoid anode mud contamination of the plating solution;

Electrolytic copper foil: Anti fluoride ion corrosion coating ensures high-purity copper foil production.

2. Environmentally friendly water treatment

Circulating cooling water: electrolytic synchronous sterilization and scale prevention;

Industrial wastewater: Degradation of organic pollutants and reduction of heavy metal ions.

3. Energy and Chemical Industry

Chlor alkali industry: stable chlorine evolution under high current density>5kA/m ²;

Sodium hypochlorite generator: ruthenium iridium coating suitable for efficient disinfection system.
